The Venue

Access to the Event Site:

1. Road Closures are in place around the Festival, for more information on road closures please see the
2. A designated Drop-Off zone is available on the corner of Westbourne Ave & South St
3. Parade Acts are able to unload any equipment at the Drop-Off zone and this can be walked into the festival. We suggest bringing a trolley to assist with moving equipment where required.
4. All parking is outside of the road closure area, with the exception of the Mounted Police
5. Parade Acts that include a vehicle:
   1. 1. All access to the event site will be through the Westbourne Ave Road Closure point (please see the access map attached)
      2. Traffic Control will mark off your name and allow entry to vehicles driving in the parade entry through the Road Closure
      3. Please ensure hazard lights are used within the Road Closure area and that 5km speed is maintained.
      4. Vehicles – please park on Westbourne Ave and proceed to the Parade Muster Point at 10.30am on foot
      5. Please do not move your vehicle until instructed by Council staff

Parade Muster:

1. Entrants and their group are required to present to the Parade Start Point Muster area on Westbourne Ave at 10.30am
2. Please ensure you are registered ahead of this time
3. Parade Marshalls will place entrants into their order on Westbourne Ave

Parade:

1. The parade will leave from Westbourne Ave at 11am, journey down Oaks St & finish in Goodlet St
2. Please follow all instructions provided by the Parade Marshalls throughout the parade
3. Entrants with animals are responsible for clearing any excrement
