Adults Annual Fee:  $200
(Payment is required by the 7th February to remain a financial member and to enable access to members’ only pages including music downloads).

Juniors Annual Fee: $120 (Max $240 /year for juniors per family)
(Payment is required by the 7th February to remain a financial member and to enable access to members’ only pages including music downloads).
Junior players are able to claim for assistance through NSW Creative Kids programme.

When paying fees via direct deposit (EFT), please use your name and invoice number as the transaction reference.
If paying by cash, please deposit at the Camden Branch of the MAC and include same info as for EFT.

 

FEE PAYMENT REGULATIONS 2023

The Camden Community Band has a billing system in-line with normal Association / Club membership processes, i.e., annual membership invoices are sent out by the Treasurer at the start of the financial year with one month for the members to pay, viz a viz:-

  • Early January the Treasurer will email an invoice to every member. (Please ensure that CCB has your latest email address.)
  • Payment by the member is made against the issued invoice number by EFTPOS to the MAC CCB bank account identified on the invoice. Alternatively, cash can be deposited into the CCB account at a MAC branch against the relevant invoice number.
  • If full payment by a member is received by the 7th of February, then the member will be considered financial with all the rights assigned in the CCB Inc Constitution.
  • Members with outstanding payments will lose their ability to access music provided by CCB and will no longer be covered by CCB insurance.
  • Members with outstanding fees for the prior year as at 31 December will lose system access in the first week of January of the new financial year.
  • Only financial members of the band are allowed to participate in NSW and National Band Championships and activities.
